Hypercolate from Compiled by Hyware

From the 1998 3-cassette compilation 'C99' on the label Betley Welcomes Careful Drivers (CRASH 017) which is part of the series: Are You Sane Enough To Drive? Limited to 100 hand-numbered copies. All cassettes have color labels and are bolted together. There is a 4th cassette with the cover art and track listing included in the release, but it is blank. Others on this compilation are MSBR, Brian Lavelle, Facialmess, Fin and Dogliveroil.

Hyware / Technoise is the noise project of Radboud Mens who started creating noise-machines in 1988. In the early 90’s he attached contact-microphones to dog’s brushes that he used to destroy vinyl records by scratch-playing them, boosting the signal through broken cassette-decks and recording the results. Those got released in Japan and the UK in1995/96.
