Ban Lei was born in 1990 in Shanghai, China. He was also best-known for his stage name ‘BANBANBANBAN’ as an electronic music producer and sound artist. His work followed multitrack as a clue and based on people’s emotional development to create a sensational auditory world that breaks the limitation of time and space. Meanwhile, he applied the traditional composing methods of classical music and formed a harmonious sound space as foundation. Followed by glitch technology as wall of sound, it added sense of exploration of the uncertainty and hence generated the integrity expression of self-conscious emotions.
