Composed/recorded to TEAC 4-track at the Hotel Amnesia (Lowell, MA) between the hours of 4am and 6am, Summer 2016. Sounds from passing cargo trains, birdsong, scrap metal, semi trucks, footsteps, nearby/faraway traffic and voices, dogs, cassette tapes played/re-recorded into empty parking lots and warehouse/factory spaces, etc.

Stelzer's music is assembled out of cassette tapes, tape machines, and a stubborn refusal to admit defeat. He & his family live on a small farm in rural MA. At night, he hunches over piles of plastic, wires & little boxes and makes this stuff. No one knows why.
