Hot Leather draws influences from pop punk, synthpunk, powerpop, and hardcore while also combining it with a lo-fi, diy punk aesthetic to create something completely new.
Citing Atom And His Package and The Emotron as inspirations Hot Leather says he “follows their tradition” by keeping a Yamaha QY700 at the core of the Hot Leather sound.
