Highlander's first record, made with an x-mas delay pedal, a notebook, some dank, an octave pedal, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Gravity's Rainbow, fractals, the Olympics, a fuzz pedal, zoloft, recorders, an asteroid... maybe it didn't come on on September 1st 2008 exactly, maybe it was Thanksgiving, but it certainly feels like the beginning of something, a tabula rasa, a medula oblongatta, a saionara. Omitted--edited out, rather than bandcamp'd out--are the spoken word pieces, which in retrospect is probably a good thing.
