Hernán Vives is an improviser, composer and performer of plucked string instruments. For more than 30 years he has been working in the fields of contemporary art and music and the recreation of early music, exploring deeply the relationship between the two. His works often incorporate poetry and a combination of texts and images. All of his work is based on cultural anthropophagy.
