WHEEL by Henry Lowman

After some lengthy metaphysical conversations with my friend Danesh at a local coffee shop, of which my struggles with an avid interest in my creative endeavors has been a part, I was given a challenge: to compose music based on the energy levels and frequencies of the body as well as those of the Earth and the universe, the frequencies that connect us all.

This is the result of that challenge, also drawing inspiration from Alan Watts and Thich Nhat Hahn
