Unknown by Hehi Downside

This is a huge achievement for me, and a HUGE upgrade!!! I hope you enjoy as much as I do! Also, don't forget to check out the accompanying music video!!

HOW IT WAS MADE: I actually wrote the song in tandem with the music video, finishing the video slightly before the song. The process was interesting, as I had no idea what I was going to end up with - in iMovie the video clips timeline doesn't stay static, meaning that the program infuriatingly won't allow empty spaces in the project without video. So when I delete 1 clip the rest of the entire video is shortened and doesn't stay in place. This makes editing long videos with many clips extremely difficult and time-consuming, as every single change to any clip throws the entire video out of sync.
I also used clips temporarily as placeholders, and then replaced the clips as I found better replacement clips, which meant I had to re-sync the entire video every single time I made an edit.

So basically, I re-made the video countless times, improvisationally, and that's how the song was made! I took a less top-down approach with less attachment to my vision, letting it trickle through where it may, and I let the art naturally develop on its own.
