Pat Gefell and Jo D. Andrews met in the summer of 1969. In 1972 they created the duo -Heaven&Earth.
That year they met Dick Shory, of Ovation Records, who ask if they were they interested in making an album? In 1973 their album, Refuge, was released. The response to the album was great at colleges, universities, and TV and radio stations across the country. We sold just over 10,000 copies.
