Beyond Limitations by HardtraX

HardtraX' latest two-tracker dark hardtekkno EP called "Beyond Limitations" is once again a very sinister sounding collection of tracks with a slightly melancholic, yet also highly energetic edge. "Cold And Lethal" is the faster track of the two, featuring dark vocals, swift, percussive rhythms interrupted by stutter-effects and a couple of very atmospheric lead-synths. "Beyond Limitations" is equally dark and percussive, however it takes the tempo down to 149 BPM without losing any of its energy and obscure appeal. Trippy sounds, filter-sweeps, raw basslines and a sad melody collide and form an unusual sounding tune. Nothing is impossible, because underground tekkno music goes against the norm and beyond the limitations often imposed by the mainstream.
