Twisted Mind from Innerlumination by Hannabliss

This is a song about not believing everything that we think. It is important, but often difficult, to discern between what thoughts should be obeyed and which should be observed, but not acted on. During times of crisis or trauma, the brain can play tricks on us - making us feel not good enough, resentful, to lose hope or to become aggressive. These things then lower our vibrations and our critical thinking skills.
Obviously, this is just part of being a human being and I know I have much room to improve in this area. The plan is to always continue to GROW - mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
