The second song talks about bravery; or more so, the lack of bravery.
We all have the ability to save the day when we come across certain situations in life, but to put our own life at risk for someone else might not seem like the logical thing to do at that very moment.
Beforehand, or afterwards, it’s a uppercut, punch, flash a smile and rescue with a catchy comeback line “daydream”. But in the moment, when faced with actual danger, you might not be so brave.
This song really doubles down on the fear from which you can’t move forward until you overcome it.
