Laugh Lines by Grampfather

Grampfather's "Laugh Lines" is a concept album that asks the question, "Though we're all doomed to inevitably rot, how can we do so blissfully?" In other words, "How can we live well despite the obvious negative aspects of life in current times and life in general?" The album is Grampfather's 7th and last of their 11-year run (2013-2024) and considered to be their best work by their members.

The sleeve, which depicts the band members sitting together among bones and instruments, was photographed and edited by Julia Howard. Perhaps an answer to the album's central inquiry is that we can live well by filling out our space and time with music and other creative endeavors.
