Circuits #1 by No Input Ensemble

Feedback is often experienced as a failure of a system, a result of poor technicianship, or an unwelcome accompaniment in an audio production process. The No Input Ensemble is interested in applying cybernetic methodologies to explore and exploit the performative and musical affordances of feedback systems established within conventional mixing desks.

The No Input Ensemble was established at the Electronic Music Studios at Goldsmiths, University of London on 2nd May 2024.

The ensemble is led by Adam Barkley and consists of Joaquin Freccia, Aisling Gallagher, Ayşe Koklu, Teresa Pelinski, Christopher Rodriguez, and Anirudh Sathyanarayanan.

Released in conjunction with NX Records.
