Tambourine from Modern Mistakes by Glenn Robinson
: I recorded all of these songs in groups because I did not have the money to track them together. This was recorded with “Outta My Head” in August 2013. I thought it’d be fun to record the heaviest song and the lightest song in the same session. I’ve always been a huge fan of old pop rock songs with nice harmonies and catchy melodies. One night my girlfriend and I were watching a Zeppelin tribute band. She mistakenly called the song “Tangerine” “Tambourine”. It became a pet name ever since.
