Leeches from Annapurna by Gino Brann
Trekking in Nepal is a wonderful experience, but if you go there during the rainy season (July-August), be prepared to encounter leeches. Nasty little bastards. I later learned that rubbing the juice from chewing tobacco on your body is a cheap and effective defense. Good to know.
