Schmerz from My Story by Germoney

In this song I talk about the pain we all know, the pain thats part of being alive... sort of a melancholia ... the german language describes it as Weltschmerz (you should look this up on Wikipedia). I talk about how that pain had me do stupid things in life as a young adult, but the same pain also made me realize that and gave me the strength to change my life. Sometimes I look back on my life and it hurts me deeply to think about how much time I have wasted not following my dreams and this is the same pain I am talking about here. This gives me so much motivation to push hard and do what I love: music! So in a sense it was necessary for me to make those experiences in order to come into my full strength and be where I am at today as an artist...
