I think the vocal sample in this comes from an episode of the ever inspiring NPR New York Radio Series, Radiolab.
Aged just minus eight months Joe Howe (aka Germlin) was entertaining his mother with compositions from inside the womb. As his fingers developed the music became increasingly accomplished. He was born one of triplets, the other two siblings being a normal, healthy sampler and a bouncing 3.2 kilogram modular synthesiser.
