Burnt Scissors by Gary Barwin

It's been called a rave of goth gnomes do dark electronica, free jazz and put sequins on satellites, but it's a mix of text, poetry, electronics, saxophone, clarinet, voice, beatbox, sound poetry and digital processing.

Several tracks feature poems emerging from a beatbox nest of phonemes (tracks 8-12), track 4 is a text from an old typing manua and is based around the creaking of a lamp (recorded by Tobias Reber), track 3 is a visionary translation of William Blake, and tracks 1 and 2 are for the gnomic dancefloor of your dreams.
