In "Moderation," I ask you to join me on a 17-minute long odyssey into the the bubbling belly of ambient noise jazz. Released today, this single track mini-album is a stark musical exploration that reminds me and you alike, that traditional structure is not needed for for a layered descent into melancholy. I glued together a sonic tapestry that feels like wet papier mâché, casually thrown on a wall, where the hum of synth drones provides a foundation for the erratic punctuation of percussion, the sad, random sighs of woodwind are a scattered array of beeps, and everything feels like a slow unfurling.

Surrender yourself to this dark and mournful atmosphere. My combination of noise and haunting semi-melody should create a sense of profound sadness, as each layer of static and synthetic texture is there to pull you further into a cold, desolate mood and soundscape.
