In the fall of 2022 I started recording my live jams directly to cassette tape. I found something very appealing about being able to completely cut the computer from the process. More and more I find myself lacking patience for technology, and I crave spontaneity in my creative process.

I waited to fill the entire ~45 minute side of the cassette before listening back to anything, which I would do as I digitized it. This was another lovely process that felt like a time capsule into my life over the previous few weeks.

This album is a curated collection of tracks drawn from 3 hours of tape jams from September through December. The downloaded version of the album includes unedited mp3 versions of all 4 original tapes.
