URBAN SHADES by Future Trail
After almost 3 years of experimentation, Future Trail are back with their new album ‘Urban Shades’. The concept sheds light on life in cities, the past, the future and the turmoil of the present. Embedded in the sounds of electropop, cold wave and synthwave, 12 songs with a playing time of more than 60 minutes are released. If the single ‘Cities’ gave a first impression of the new sound, it is only the beginning of the journey. With danceable songs like ‘We Invade Your Minds’, ‘Like Nomads’, or ‘Stay Awake’, the potential singles ‘Definitions’, ‘Another Town’ and ‘The Soul Of The City’ and the darker works ‘Lament’, ‘All We Ever Wanted’ and ‘We Have Never Been Here’, the band has outdone themselves. Mel's voice has never sounded more haunting and varied. An absolute milestone for all fans of this style of music.
