What's Become from Awakened by Frostillicus
Hiding in the shadows, slowly building up their ranks once more, the Sons of the Demon Slayers failed miserably; in all those centuries, barely able to indoctrinate a soul, lucky to brainwash their own kin, they've been reduced to roughly a dozen men. Their power & riches became servitude in the name of achieving something greater than poverty, their grandiose ceremonies turned to beer & chips, and their great halls became the basement of whoever could afford a house.
Hearing of Frostillicus's encounter with a van, and subsequent capture, the Sons see their former glory displayed on the news and decided to bravely do as their kin had always done... sit in darkness and cower, afraid to leave the comfort of their abode.
