We’re the times of loud and late
A hit of smoke to go
Hear them fall through the hard debris
I know when to fall
Here in time we’ll have a parade
Gather outside and all
Wind and rain and hail pain
I feel the Cryptid call

I’m running out of time from the monster deep within
I’m running for the bar, I’m a Cryptid here to sin
Weirdo some’ll say and the freaks are out again
Released from their cell and etched into the skin

We’re far from alone when nobodies on their own
Living in time of fear when the roads always so near
We’ve been fabled ones and always on the run
Hunting for the gear to take us way from here
But it ran late and it took long while
And there’s no way to get near
Bury the light and turn it up
