Meditation has changed my life in many ways.
It has given me more happiness, clarity, peace and a overall feeling of well-being.
Although my primary career is as a singer/songwriter - I feel the need and responsibility to share my secret to a peaceful life with everyone: Meditation. Many people choose not to meditate because they feel it's confusing or complicated. That's why I create this simple meditation album. You don't have to feel overwhelmed, there's only four - 5 minute meditations. I purposefully made them 5 minutes for beginners and people who are busy. You can listen to one a day, or all of them a day. The music is tuned to 432 HZ for peace & harmony.
Hope you enjoy this album and hope that these meditations help you tap into your intuition, heart & soul.

ps: meditation takes a little practice and time. Try one or all of these meditations at least once a day for 14 days. You will most start to feel a shift after 14 days. That shift is tuning into your heart. Your soul. Your voice. Your Truth.
