" a feeling of listlessness and dissatisfaction arising from a lack of occupation or excitement."

This album was created as a means to engage in more thoughtful and therapeutic activities, to cope with my growing apathy and depression.

We all have pain deep within ourselves, instead of creating a piece that would put it to the forefront, I decided to use every track as the vehicle for trying to heal my own pain, but hopefully, also touch and heal others.

These are not sad songs, they are happy. But if you are not feeling 100%, then Fox and Zaika have the remedy. Let's spread the love together
