14 Remembered was originally commissioned and produced by Autumn Leaf Performance. This band was created to help women in our society and particularly to fight violence against women. Our performances were about political awareness, celebration and healing. All proceeds from this recording will be donated to the December 6 Fund of Toronto - administered by the YWCA:

This fund provides interest free loans to women in the Toronto area who are leaving violent situations, in order to establish themselves in greater safety.
The music was developed with the support of the Toronto Arts Council in 1999.
This recording was made possible through the assistance of The Ontario Arts Council and the Music Section of the Canada Council for the Arts.
