Portals by Forrest
Portals looks back to the blurred and saturated sound of my first album "Summer Sounds Asleep". I decided to force myself to use a stripped down recording setup, which resulted in these minimal, spectral songs. The raw tracks were recorded live to cassette in November 2021, and then re-mixed in August 2022.
