There are a trillions of small creatures living inside us, which some sciency types call our ‘Micro Biome’. They’re actually a whole load of different species, from bacteria to fungi and they’re usually working hard to keep us alive and healthy. There are so many of them in fact, that it’s sometimes hard to tell where they end and we begin!
