This song is me drawing a line between a remnant plant-community and the remnant biblical community that the prophets talk about. All going well I'm now part of that so many years later. Is it inherited? Is it chosen? Is it both? does it matter?

Maybe a product of my choice?

Relentless hound insistent voice.

To a history, so much beyond me.

part of a remnant surviving through time
We seem to fall or fail at every step,
as if we never meet the grade
And yet the bearing never seems to change
Nor does assistance seem to fade
