Behaviours is an acoustic indie-folk EP with orchestral flourishes, exploring themes of loss, gain, and the weight of experiences that gather over time. The track Behaviours centers on a young woman’s struggle with mental health, reflecting the challenges many of us face. Based on Flakebelly's work in social care and mental health, the song tells a deeply personal yet universal story. Beginning with a delicate indie-folk arrangement, it crescendos into an orchestral swell that symbolizes Jennifer’s internal battles, pulling her under until she’s adrift.

Flakebelly's music serves as a cathartic expression, illuminating both the light and dark moments of life. Through these songs, he hopes to remind us that we are not alone in our struggles, that we all navigate the same maze, searching for our way.
