Au Milieu by Final Perigee

au milieu

deep under layers of skin
there's a core that's waiting to begin
calling out for mother's nourishment
and biting on the mouth that gives

blood paid for our worst of sins
is the price we chose for ignorance
the cosmic umbilical cord
has been severed, knocking evermore

the spider shines in black and white
and its shadow is the falsified
another one is spinning thread
to consume the living and the dead

in the middle of my symmetry

the center of my symmetry,
encompasses the harmony,
it changes from a dissonance
into endless karmic consequence (au milieu)

now i find the logic
within irrational symmetry
