The namesake of this band. Alex and I were debating between lyrics from this song becoming the band name, or the title of an Alice Cooper song, Halo of Flies. Evidently the lyric "His step is faltered" moved Alex and I to a point of inspiration that would carry our creative energy for the next decade.
Creating this cover is something we've wanted to do for 10 years but never could do well enough until now.
It is officially our last recording with Alex Vuich on bass guitar as he has departed from the band earlier this year for personal reasons. The split was on good terms and we celebrate making music together now by creating and releasing the song we always wanted to do together.
