Christmas Time by Fai Baba
A Christmas song? The question is obvious and of course the first one raised at Fai Baba’s announcement that he had exactly that ready to be released. Which artist would honestly identify himself with Christmas without being forced to? But the song came as a surprise and eventually as a present. Fai Baba: «Christmas Time came to me like an angel from the heavens and landed on my lap. I sat in my studio and took a nice long sip of my red wine and just sang the song like I’d always been singing it and had known it from an earlier life.» And now Fai Baba happily gives us what was given to him. Because giving is fun and sharing even more. Christmas, simple as that.
Fai Baba won’t be distracted by the noise of pre-Christmas activities and announces yet another new album. But more of that in the New Year.
