Toxic was one of my first dubwise productions, created in 2011 and regularly played under my first crew, 'Evermoor Sound'. It’s a steppa-style tune, heavily influenced by the sound system sessions I attended at the legendary venues 'The Black Swan' and 'Trinity Centre' in Bristol. The track was played by a few sound systems in Bristol and across the UK but was never officially released.
When revisiting the tune, I felt it needed a slight tweak in the mix, so this version has a fresher sound with some adjustments and an added instrument, while the rest remains unchanged. It also comes with an exclusive dub mix!
I'm excited to finally share it with you all. Enjoy, and Give thanks!
