Discovery by Esoteric Sound Design

A signal was discovered from a device buried deep in the earth. Upon excavation were the remains of, what was named, an ambient machine generating ethereal music. The technological discovers from the device brought about one hundred years of prosperity until the earth lost cohesion. This was known as The Affliction.

Humanity left the planet on three colony ships known as Green Flight, Red Flight, and Blue Flight. The fate of Red and Green flights remains unknown. However, Blue Flight, which carried a seed from the ambient machine, encountered a time anomaly and found themselves returning to Earth in the distant past (several thousand years before the people aboard the ship were born).

It is said that the children of the Blue Flight survivors developed space flight technology when they discovered a strange signal coming from space. History records that they crossed over into what was called The Nothing and were never heard from again.

Esoteric Sound Design launched September 2011 to provide unique Refills for Reason Studios' Reason software.

In 2014, Esoteric Sound Design transitioned into a music project, focusing on electronic ambient experimentation.
