taken to paradise
on some kind of fairground ride

Tonight the wind
has gone beneath your skin
to let the seedlings in
which grow in the night

Tonight your eyes
written in blazing light
here in my arms tonight
six feet beneath

Tonight don't mind
when we are thus entwined
here to paralyse
