Written in Norfolk, VA and Washington, DC from early 2017 to mid 2018.

Once again, I started this process in one home and finished it in another. Each of these began as leftover recordings that I loved but couldn't fit onto Latent Heat. They wanted to stretch their legs a little bit more.

I wanted to capture melting in the comfort of your closest circles, finding your way through connection, and conjuring phantoms of those far away.

Over the last year and a half I have shared many wonderful moments with friends and said tearful goodbyes to family.

This album is a love letter to all of them.
