under purple clouds, this boy will yearn how to learn

like a clock that stopped ticking before it's time

dressed like the other boys feeling so out of place
smell the sweat on her body, it hits the wrong way
that was years ago, still she's trying to forget the time

sometimes the mirror gets sprung like a booby trap
solace in powders and pills just to help with that
still chasing that feeling, that danger
