Getajaus by K-Style, Carlos Perez
Hailing from the north of Spain, well-established DJ/producers K-Style & Carlos Perez team up once again and bring the heat with the ‘Getajaus’ single for Eats Everything and Andres Campo’s EI8HT imprint.
With individual releases already deployed on labels such as Material, 1605, 303 Lovers, AnalyticTrail, Stick Recordings, and Bloody Moon Records (which Carlos Perez co-founded with the duo Dok & Martin back in 2019), the two have also seen success as a pair, coming together in 2022, when they released their single ‘Synergy’ on Gaston Zani’s label we(R)aw.
The single title track ‘Getajaus’ comes with crunchy drums glued with a thick chugging low end, its driving rhythm and vocal stabs make for a superb peak time banger!
‘Long Distance’ takes a more linear direction, as shuffling drums and hypnotic percussion are accompanied by deft keys and celestial pads on each breakdown.
