Groovuscule was Mesmobeat's first signing and this happened after Merv had heard the tracks on a cd that had been thrust into his hands,while walking off stage at London's legendary 'Heaven' club..The cd had actually been sat in a pile,with dozens of other demo's,for 6 months before Merv discovered it..Straight away,he tracked Groovuscule down,and together they crafted this release..To his surprise,he discovered George was a very young Japanese guy,who lived in Germany...''The thing i love about George's music,is the simplicity and pureness..it's kind of futuristic,but sounds classic at the same time..and it also has a haunting starkness to it..''
