Treading Water from Hideaway EP by Dylan Mourik
The recording of Treading Water was spread out over many years. An early draft was recorded when it was written (2012), of which some elements are still present in this final EP version. Most of it, however, has been re-recorded and added in later years, mostly between 2016 and early 2018, often interrupted by other songs and projects, and also by endless tweaking, getting sick of it, leaving it and coming back to it months or years later.
