Little Flowers by Cheat Code
As an experiment, this track was generated using AI. I fed it a kick drum, some stabs and a bass line. I told it what key and BPM I wanted it and used chatgpt to write the lyrics (it's about having kids). I then edited and extended the track. Whilst I was the creative director, I do not feel like I produced this beat.
It is the first track I've ever made where I didn't place every sound exactly where and how I wanted it. However, I own the rights in full to this record! Crazy.
It's a free download as I do not feel right charging for something like this, but by all means enjoy the beat and play it and share with others - explaining that its AI. I thought it was important to share as we are on the edge of being majorly shaken up by the machines and a lot of people are going to be given a serious leg up, without putting any leg work in.
I love using tech as part of the creative process, but where the tech has anymore than 10% input on my track you will see my use AI alias "Cheat Code" in the name for full clarity!!!
I produced lots of Garage music during 1999-2014. After a hiatus, I'm inspired to make some new music.
