ikuisuon luomet means "eyelids of eternity" on dead karelian language. This one hour and a half long funeral drone ritual reveals study of time through the perception of duration and variability. What seems interminably long to the observer is merely a blink for the universe. Eternity is a process of such slow change that it feels like nothing is happening in the moment. Time may seem frozen, but if you listen closely, you can feel its pulsation and flow, the trembling of time.
