A baby’s crying I open my eyes
Clouds over a leaden sky
It feels like I didn’t sleep
Drag myself to the world of living
And I feel down, so down
Looking for the sparkle
That’ll trigger my day
TV’s on pouring its usual crap
A new day begins

It’s a circle

A vicious circle
Round and round my head

A faint glow tries to break into that greyness
