Al Khalil by Drama Drama

Al Khalil, which translates to Hebron, is a city steeped in spiritual significance, revered in both history and scripture as a sacred place where prophets once walked, and where devotion and resilience have endured for centuries. In Arabic, Al Khalil also means soulmate, a word that speaks the language of love and deep human connection.

This piece, Al Khalil, is an electronic symphony, a post-opera journey infused with electronic Afro-jazz. It is a one-of-a-kind creation that I’ve worked on and off for over a year, alone in my home studio.

It is the soul of my souls, and I can think of no one more deserving of its spirit than the brave, surviving children of Gaza.

All proceeds from this release will be donated to support the children of Gaza.
