These instrumental pieces are based on the sacred solfeggio frequencies. Each frequency relates to a chakra in the body. Listening helps in moving and activating energy within that region as well as all cells in the body. Track 5 (741 hz) includes binaural beats which can be used with headphones to synchronize the brain hemispheres. All songs can be enjoyed while meditating doing, yoga or you name it.
