#PAVLOVA by Doublethink Prism

Returning with a hot serve of burnt carbon candy floss “#PAVLOVA” is the new single from West Australian experimental electronic / spoken-word duo Doublethink Prism.

Due to release their second full length LP ‘MALAKUT GOLLIWOG’ whenver-the-hell-they-feel-like-it-maybe-this-year - this is the one of the first tastes of new music since the duo’s debut full length ‘A Prism Inside Your Pregnant Mind’ released in 2018.

In 2019 the group went on hiatus as vocalist SPLODGE suffered heart problems that nearly took his life. Having now regained his strength after this close brush with death, the group now returns, grateful for this opportunity to keep recording and performing.

Accompanied by a stylish yet twisted food-porn music video directed by the group’s own music producer Steven Alyian - ‘#PAVOLVA’ is a sickly sweet taste of more of the duo’s societal deconstructionist, tounge-in-cheek, industrially twinged techno hip-hop, evolving insanely yet gracefully with our ever changing modern times into deeper, darker and more doublethink-ly disturbing territory.
