Dark Island by Dmytro Morykit
Originally I recorded this a number of years ago but then I was working on my own compositions so it was never released. After a visit to the Dark Isle (Uist) in September 2022, I remembered it and have eventually got around to sharing it.
Classically trained, Dmytro is a composer of original music for film, theatre, dance and public performance.
In 2013 he composed a new score for Fritz Lang's Metropolis, which he toured extensively then created a new score for FW Murnau's Nosferatu. Both scores are concerts in their own right.
