Dizzy Toxo is a Portland, Oregon based solo artist formed in the summer of 2021, recording from the comfort of a bedroom onto cassette tape with no previous experience in music production or engineering. Inspired by the DIY cassette culture of the 1980’s, sounds evoking the echoes of Post Punk, Synth Pop, Psychedelic Rock, Power Pop and Jazz are found in abundance.
